Head Over Heals is a clear dip base with pink, purple, gold and peach colored flakes. This dip can be used as a topper over other dip colors, or all on its own.
* For extra coverage, shake the foils to the top of the jar and lay your nail flat on the flakes to pick them up. Then press the flakes down flat with your finger.
